About the Owner

Hi, I’m David Humphrey, owner and Certified Master Inspector  (CMI) for Santa Barbara Home Inspector. I am a Southern California native and I reside in Santa Barbara with my wife, two children and spoiled Peruvian Paso horses (pictured). Utilizing a wealth of industry experience along with my investigative nature, I have developed a local reputation for providing an extremely thorough and informative home inspection. The quality of my home inspections is of paramount importance to me as is my ability to offer a high level of service. I am proud to be the top referral for many of the highest producing and (more importantly) most ethical Realtors in Santa Barbara County as well as Ventura County. Ultimately, being a part of the education and empowerment of my clients prior to them making an important financial investment is a role I take seriously and find very rewarding.
