Additional Inspections:
Crawlspace Inspection: If your home was built on a raised foundation, it has a crawlspace. As a certified crawlspace inspector I am able to investigate this important component of your home. I will physically enter the crawlspace when possible, but I can also send in my remote controlled Crawlbot for areas without adequate clearance. This advanced robotic technology allows me to access and observe places many others cannot. This supplementary inspection is automatically required as part of a Full Home Inspection, but can be requested as a standalone if you suspect an issue in your crawlspace.
Pool and Spa Inspection: If your home contains a pool and/or spa, I am certified to provide you with an inspection. Be sure to request this supplementary inspection to obtain valuable information pertaining to the current condition of the pool and/or spa components.
Infrared/Thermography Inspection: Infrared imaging can show a multitude of important issues undetectable to the human eye including insulation coverage in walls and moisture in the building envelope. Add this supplementary inspection if you suspect moisture issues like roof or plumbing leaks may have been painted over or if you are concerned about insulation coverage.
Drone Inspection: As an FAA Licensed Remote Pilot (Certificate #4301674) I am authorized to commercially use my Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) as an inspection tool.
Repair Estimates: I am able to provide estimated costs to go along with the recommended courses of action in my report. As an active state-licensed General Contractor, I am qualified to provide you with objective and accurate cost estimates which you will find invaluable to your decision making process.
